With the Fox QSR 3-position Quick Switch Rebound adjustment. The internal floating piston (IFP) will effectively separate the nitrogen gas from the shock oil. Oil without gas keeps the damping as designed by the Fox engineers, even when the shock is worked over a longer period. This main piston valving has been reconfigured and extensively ride tested in a full range of conditions to work in harmony with the new three-position Quick Switch Rebound (QSR) settings, making it easy make it easy to dial in one of the knob-adjustable three rebound settings for different riding situations.

Note: Standard Duty or Heavy Duty springs?
This has nothing to do with quality but everything with what weight the bike will carry. For a bike usually loaded below 240Lbs./109kg (rider + luggage) the standard springs are the best choice. When the bike is usually loaded over 240Lbs/109kg (like rider + passenger + luggage), the Heavy Duty springs are the better choice.
