Black powder coated tig welded steel construction. Installs to outside of the fender struts with included hardware. For those that think taller is better, Burly added the 'Stupid Tall' that reaches 40" (102cm) towards the sky and comes complete with a passenger backrest, with Burly Brand logo embossed, for effortless cruising.
