- Engineered for all forms of off-road riding, the Bionic XTR Plasma Protection Jacket features anatomically profiled Nucleon Plasma protectors mounted in a soft-touch chassis on breathable padding for increased levels of protection, comfort, light weight, and airflow
- This jacket is equipped with a composite Nucleon Plasma and semi-rigid thermoplastic protector construction on the chest, back, shoulders, and elbows for maximum impact protection while being adaptive
- The floating chest protector features a Nucleon Plasma protector with a semi-rigid thermoplastic outer shell mounted on a highly perforated 3D mesh for the optimum blend of protection, light weight, adaptability, flexibility, superior airflow, and breathability
- Flexible chest side wings are separately attached for flexibility, offering performance fit
- The floating back protector is a composite construction and has a central semi-rigid thermoplastic zone on a Nucleon Plasma back protector for greater impact force dispersion in a critical area
- Bionic Neck Support (BNS) compatibility via the removable Nucleon Plasma puck
- The removable elbow and shoulder protectors are mounted on a breathable, slim fit stretch mesh chassis and feature two independent, strategically positioned thermoplastic shells for enhanced levels of abrasion resistance and sliding performance, while also delivering additional impact performance
- Strategically positioned padding on the sleeves and sides of the slim fit chassis for additional tire roost coverage
- Nucleon Plasma is a viscoelastic material engineered from bio-based polymers and formed into a structure that is pliable in all directions while maintaining the ability to dissipate impact energies
- Lightweight and highly ventilated, the Plasma protectors offer strong impact force dispersion and absorption while ensuring maximum coverage area in all riding positions
- Equipped with adjustable shoulder and side straps for an optimized performance fit
- The side straps are designed with a V-configuration to ensure a performance fit that follows the curvature of the spine and prevents material bunching
- Removable, soft tactile thermoformed shoulder padding for enhanced rider comfort
- The mesh chassis features a central zipper for ease of use and practicality
- The Nucleon Plasma protectors are ribbed for airflow while also reducing the amount of material that is in contact with the skin
- The elbow and shoulder protectors are removable, allowing quick and easy washing
