With cylindrical mufflers with design-machined straight-cut carbon fiber end caps.
Comes a 1000°C resistant matte black Cerakote ceramic coating.
Made from AISI 304 stainless steel. OEM weight 9.0kg. Zard weight 5.1kg. making it a lightweight 2-1-2 system. The exclusive two-piece carbon fiber heat shield replaces the original plastic part, for a perfect Sportster S design integration. Manufactured using high end 2D/3D lasers, robots, bending machines and skilled qualified welders for the perfect result.
Note: This is a EU homologated exhaust system. Removing or modifying the Db killer on homologated exhausts will void the warranty and the homologation. Certification is valid for unmodified stock bikes, for the specific models and model years as mentioned in the product descriptions (Directive 97/24/CE, EU regulation 134/2014). The approval number, shown on the supplied relevant certificate, is stamped on every exhaust system and it must be presented to law enforcement when checked.
