Description
Improved version of the OEM 10500031 compensator bolt. This S&S bolt is cold-headed from 8740 Chromoly steel to deliver exceptional toughness, fatigue resistance and durability. The high yield strength helps prevents stretching under repeated high loads and can even be, unlike the OEM bolt, re-used multiple times.
• Reusable design – Unlike OEM, which is torque-to-yield and must be replaced after each use, the S&S bolt
maintains its strength and integrity for multiple installations, saving cost and downtime.
• Rolled threads for maximum strength - Threads are formed by rolling, rather than cutting. This process improves
grain flow, eliminates sharp stress risers, increases fatigue resistance, and results in threads that are 30% stronger
than cut threads.
