Mineral based Mono Grade 4-stroke engine oil. Comes with specific additives blend for air cooled V-Twin engines for which a mono grade oil is recommended. Excellent quality available in the standard SAE 50 (50 weight) as 700979, but also in the SEA 60 (700980) and SEA 70 weight (700981) versions for use in environments with high ambiant temperatures to maintain adequate viscosity. Some use the 'thicker' 60 or 70 weight motor oil in 'worn / loose' engines, where the higher viscosity tends to reduce oil consumption somewhat. This oil comes with a shear-stable formulation with industry leading extreme pressure and anti-wear protection that provides the an excellent film across operating temperatures.
