Gloss black anodized CNC machined aluminum handlebar reducer insert / reducer sleeves. Used to convert the handlebar clamp area of a 1-1/4" (32mm) riser to 1-1/8" (28mm) so the smaller 1-1/8" diameter handlebar can be installed. Perfect for use with HeinzBikes Clubstyle risers. 4-piece kit. Made in the EU.
