Description
1 liter bottle. DOT 3 is not advised with ABS/ASR brakes due to the lower boiling point. Yellow colored. Wet/dry boiling >140°C/>230°C. Hygroscopic, miscible (mixable) with water. Glycol based. For hydraulic brake systems in all vehicles with drum and disc brake systems. Will not affect sealing cups, brake fluid lines or seal rings. Aggressive, will attack paints etc. Not compatible with mineral based LHM fluid (mostly green colored) or silicone based DOT 5 fluid (purple colored). Performance level: FMVSS 116 DOT 3, SAE J1703.
